Therapy provides a space you can count on where you’ll be met with an open mind and open heart.

In this space, you can address aspects of yourself or your life that might feel hard to deal with on your own.

Through therapy, you can reach new levels of insight, support your healing, process painful emotions, understand yourself and your patterns so that you can lovingly change what no longer works for you and establish healthy boundaries.

I won’t pathologize you.

We’ll work together to heal your emotional wounds while reinforcing the idea that nothing about you as a person actually needs “fixing.”

Instead, the healing process involves getting to know ourselves at new depths and working with the entire spectrum of feeling as we learn new ways of responding to pain. 

It involves reaching new levels of self-acceptance and accessing our own wisdom.

It’s not your fault.
